Aristotelio College, called after the Greek Philosopher Aristotelis, is a modern private educational institution. It includes Nursery, Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High School and Senior High School. It was founded in 1980, operating before that on different location under the name of “Ekpaideftiria Grozoudi”, that is Grozoudi Schools”, established in 1967 in Thessaloniki. The school has been family-owned and run since 1967. At resent it operates in modern facilities within idyllic natural surroundings, in the areas of Pilea (primary school) and Thermi (secondary school), Thessaloniki. Our school has 145 students and 15 teachers in Gymnasium and 205 students and 23 teachers in Lyceum.

In recent years the growth of the internet has led to the formation of a new type of "library”,  the digital library. Its aim is the direct access and circulation of information without obstacles related to the place, time or volume. Therefore, digitization is a social institution with enormous cultural importance because it can help to disseminate knowledge globally without local, limits or time restrictions.

Aristotelio College uses the most modern pedagogical methods and the full range of Information technology. It promotes critical thinking and creative initiative, as these are important for the future adult to succeed in life. We believe that the students' contact with the world of digitization will give them a start not only to learn more about the world of Technology but to understand that knowledge is immense and can be conquered. The active contribution of new technologies and, in particular, digitization makes it possible, to train children and adults, and has been greatly improved. At Aristotle College we apply innovative forms of teaching, tools that enhance learning abilities, and many more creating a more positive attitude towards education. Through the digitization of information and knowledge, distances cease to matter and learning is now more accessible than ever. School believes in digitization of educations and already uses e-learning tools, collaborative learning and online self assessment tests.
